NO JOB IS COMPLETE UNTIL THE PAPERWORK IS DONE
All too often we are so caught up with our work that we overlook the documentation that must follow in order to complete the job. Keeping an accurate set of accounts is often viewed as a low priority in many an organization. .And when the accounts fall due there is a mad scramble to churn out a set of numbers which few can rely upon. How often have you heard of people trying to reconcile balances stretching back years. By then the books would have gone through several hands and there is no one to recall what happened then. Wouldn't it been better if accounts are kept up to date every month and reconciled regularly? Its not difficult if it is placed in reliable hands. Recruit the cheapest staff you can find for this role and you will face a big big headache because you may not be able to train or instruct him/her and if that happens your backlog will increase and more often then not you will lose your staff. That's the reality.
So the answer is why not outsource your accounting work to an experienced team? We are here to organize your office processes and post up your accounts for you. If you need more we can sit down and go through your numbers with you. It will cost you a fraction of what you would pay a full time bookkeeper/accountant. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Do contact us at sktangco@gmail.com. We will male sure your "paperwork" is done.

HAVE YOU LOST YOUR ACCOUNTANT RECENTLY?
If you had answered "yes" take comfort that you are not alone.
Sadly this
is a growing phenomena in our job market. People are choosey about who they
work for and have no qualms about switching their jobs at a moment’s notice. If
you have just lost your accountant you know how it feels. So there you are with
a pile of documents and no way to make any sense of it. You advertise for a replacement
but more often than not you get an inexperienced one because lets face it you are not going to match the big boys. So you let the newcomer settle into the job and start the
laborious task of sorting out your
accounts. Before you know it she/he has also given up and gone on to greener pastures. That leaves you
back to square one holding an even bigger pile of documents to catch up on. How is your business doing? Can you be sure without seeing the accounts? You call up your debtors for payment and you
get a tongue lashing because they say they have already paid but you had no way of knowing without an updated debtors listing to
base on. Without accurate accounts
you are operating blind. Does this scenario look familiar?
I
understand the situation perfectly. It boils down to cost. Maybe your operations are not
big enough to justify a full time accountant. You may just need someone to do
up your accounts once a month instead of having someone in your office drinking
your coffee and eating your biscuits. Even if you are willing to pay for a full
time accountant there is no guarantee you will be able to retain them. Ask a headhunter
what is the situation like for accountants and this is his take. Employers are
not willing to pay for good accountants and many are seeking positions
overseas. RM2,000 to RM3,000 per month starting pay? That’s like frozen since
the 1990s.
